我们的话，一般会直接显示在PI里： Bank handling charge for order less than USD5000 ：USD。。 直接整在PI里，加上它的货值。。不用说那么多，客户一看就懂。。不过一般货值很高的。。我们不会找客户要银行费用。。呵呵

支持8楼的翻译，就是把incurred 改成了occurred,
也支持11楼的说法，老外脑子简单，你说复杂了他们搞不懂，数学又不好，你这charge 那charge的，容易吓到他们，还不如加一笔费用在运费里
