请问CN number和PA number 是什么意思？是服装中关于长绒棉方面的。客人的原话是”The number that we are talking about is called a ‘PA’ number. You must register for one when using plush goods, as is the rattle sock. Once you have a number the ‘CN’ comes after the number given, to represent China.“”Since the toy on the rattle is plush – you must have a CN #. Please register for one asap. “

你客户是美国的吗？PA让我直接想到pennsylvania哈哈
google了PA的东西，在美国的stuffed toy license 里面的确提到过REG. NO. PA，是供应商信息的编号。
