(1) Party B has the right to know details of abroad market development and market activities carried out by Party A in the name of Party B;(12) Party B undertakes that all customers that Party A takes to Party B to do on-the-spot investigation and plant verification (including visiting exhibition/exhibition platform participated by Party B), customers in the Inquiry Sheet of Party A, customers that Party A mentioned to Party B are customer resource of Party A. Party B promises not to do products trade with customers cross Party A and that even if there are customers contact with Party B actively, Party B shall inform the customers to contact with them through Party A to guarantee the customer resource of Party A and at the same time, make customers know the good commercial morality of Party B and strictly abide by business rules; But as to customers that Party A mentioned to Party B, if they don’t form products cooperation relationship with Party A finally, Party B can negotiate with them for products cooperation when they directly contact with Party B;

12，乙方要负责甲方所有客户的实地考察和验证（包括参观由乙方参与的展览或展览平台）通过甲方询价的客户隶属于甲方，乙方不得跳过甲方直接与客户联系，即使是客户主动与乙方联系的，乙方也应告知客户通过甲方与他们联系，保障甲方的客户资源，同时也让客户知道乙方有着良好的商业道德和严格遵守业务规则。但如果最终客户结束与甲方的合作，当客户直接找乙方联系时，乙方可与他们直接洽谈合作。
