从竞争对手离职销售那里搞到了他们的一个客户,他们给客户的报价等信息都告诉我了。我们的产品都是一样的,没有什么大的区别。于是我给客户发了邮件,介绍了我们的产品并报了价格,价格基本上比我们竞争对手给他的价格低USD23/UNIT左右,竞争对手给他们报价是USD380/UNIT,我给客户的报价是USD357/UNIT.客户给我回复说我们的价格比竞争对手的高,我知道他肯定是想跟我磨价格,我咋回复客户呢?以下是客户给我的邮件:
“Thank you for your e-mail and related information.
These products could be interesting, but your products are more expensive than XXXXX, so this is not an option.
Please let me know as soon as you can offer competitive pricing, as we can be interested to distribute your product into Europe (how’s your sales-channel organized now in Europe?).
I’m looking forward to your reply."
我们的价格还可以下调5-10USD左右,请大家帮看看,如何回复客户比较好,谢谢!!

你要降价岂不是傻了啊,你就说 I'm sorry to get that you feel our price is higher than others, but i have try my best to get the price down, you konw my boss give me the bottom price is USD536.5 ,i reslly want to be your supplyer, i hope you can think again.

我报给客户的价格本身就已经很低了,不太想这么快就给客户降价,这么快降价后面就没有牌打了,呵呵。

有下调空间就是降价咯, 报出底价给他 ,如果还还价 那这样的客户也不是什么大客户了 讨价还价 没的说
