7.1. The parties bear responsibility for default or inadequate execution of obligations under the present Contract according to the Republic CHINA current legislation.7.2 In case of infringement of terms of manufacturing of 0,1 % from the Order sum for every day of delay, but no the Order, the Seller pays to the Buyer a fine at a rate of more than 10 % from the Order total sum.
7.3. In case of infringement by the Buyer of terms of payment, the Buyer pays to the Seller a fine at a rate of 0,1 % from the debts sum on corresponding payment per every day of payment delay, but no more than 10 % from the Order total sum.
7.4. At discrepancy of the Goods to quantity, assortment, completeness, quality, the Parties are guided by item 5.3 of the present Contract.
7.5. In case of infringement of the agreed periods specified in items 5.3, 6.5 Seller pays the penalty at a rate of 1% from the sum of the poor-quality, outstood, inappropriate Goods, per every day of delay.
7.6. In case of prescheduled cancellation of the present Contract at the initiative of the Seller, the Seller should make return of money resources for not made and not put Goods within 5 working days from the date of a direction of the notice with payment of the penalty at a rate of 10 % from Contract cost.
