客户发来的一份供应商资质调查表中提的几个问题：
1、Does the supplier consider the suppliers of raw material as a bottle neck of his processes?(这句还是能看懂）
2、If the previous answer is YES,is that problem generated by the supplying lead times?
3、If the previous answer is YES,does the supplier perform some action in order to increase the supplier's network for the raw materials?

如果前一项的答案是肯定的，问题产生的原因是由于供货周期吗？
