Through the communication between our financial department and your bank, we came up with the following three schems to solve this problem:
1. You can send a correcting letter with a corrected payee name to guarantte our procedes;
2. You send a refunding letter to our bank to get the money back to your bank account in 5 workdays, then you reremit to us;
3. If both the correcting and refunding letters are unavialable, this fund will be retreated to your bank account automatically 2 months later.
If you cannot accept option 1 or 2 as soon as possible, but still you are in badly need of the product, we advise a reremitting is better.

As per the result communicatd with bank by our accountant, 3 solutions can be advised as follow,
1) Pls ask yr bank for the correction letter with payee revised, we could get the payment.
2) Pls ask yr bank to send us papers of the refund and the money will be returned to yr account within 5 working days, then you remit again.
3) If providing correction letters or refund papers would not be allowed, this remittance couldn`t back to yr account until 2 months later.
If either option 1 or 2 cann`t be provided quickly, while you are in urgent of request for the products, we suggest you do the remittance for us immediately.
