看了上面一段话，第一可以看出，客户是需要一个certificate，而且这个certificate有以下几个特别：
1， certificate in non-objection for the sound book --是不是精刻版也没有缺陷？这句话我不太理解。特别是那个 sound book ，不太确认在你们行业指什么。你自己推测一下。
2，certificate需要你确认的是所有材料，包括电池都是符合德国标准的。
3，certificate需要用英语书写，而且要与prototype一起寄给客户。
4，certificate需要是原件，并要有签字盖章。
那你现在应该做的就是，第一分析一下第一点。第二，做一个certificate样版格式，反正内容就是证明手版所使用的所有材料，包括电池都是符合德国标准的。然后把你做好的格式发给客户看一下，如果他确认OK，那你把它打印了，签字，快递原件和prototype（在你们的行业不知道是不是就叫手板）一起发给他。在发他certificate样版格式时记得提醒一下客户，运费到付哦。呵呵~~
PS：特别提醒：注意分析一下第一点（a certificate in non-objection for the sound book ），我怕他会影响整个句子。

发音书
你们发音书没有认证的，而客户又要证书，这就转到认证方面了。
要做什么测试直接去问测试公司（如SGS,ITS,VDE,TUV等），他们就知道选择什么标准来做这个产品了。
但大框架仍然是CE证书，而德国的标准可能是GS证书类的。
另外，特别提出，电池有电池的标准。其实很多部件有部件的标准，并不仅是电池。
还有特别注意化学方面，所有材料符合ROHS至少了。现在的 REACH-SVHC也是其中客户所在意的。

我感觉这个不是一个认证机构出的认证，有可能是公司自己出具的声明。你让客户发个sample document过来，就什么都清楚了。

orry, I've made a mistake.
I don't need the weight of the technic but please tell me:
- weight of soundbook including technic but without batteries
as you know from your other german customers, we have a law in germany called
Batterie Act BttG
which controls the labelling obligations and so on.
So please get sure that you use the same batterys as for the other german customer. We need ALL materials and all accessories with german standard and of course also the batteries.
Please notify in your certifcate the exact name and the ingredient oft the batteries and confirm that they have german standard.
And for the german law called
Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
we need the following informations:
What is the weight of the technic
- without batteries
- including batteries

as you know from your other german customers, we have a law in germany called
Batterie Act BttG （这句可以说是电池在德国有德国的要求，其实德国是采用欧洲的电池标准 2006/66/EC，这并不只是说电池需要符合相关重金属含量限值要求，还要符合电池相关标识的要求，电池外面不是有一块贴纸的印刷了什么规格的，在德国可能要英语加德语，这个要查证一下）
