3.5 谈判 Negotiation
We have many opportunities to see that your company is a reliable partner
we are willing to establish with you long-term economic relations.

3.5.1 表示同意
Agreed 同意
No objection 不反对
It is settled then. 就这么定了
As long as ...,I have no objection.只要。。。,我不反对。
As long as you can mail us the sample, i have no objection. 只要你把样品寄给我们,我就不反对。

3.5.2 有关议题
Shall we proceed to some other issues ? 我们讨论其他的问题好吗?
If you have no objections,we will move to the next issue. 如果你不反对,我们将讨论下一个话题。
Shall we proceed to our next item on the agenda? 让我们讨论议论中的下一个问题好吗?
Now,we've finally come to... 现在我们终于涉及到 。。。 。
Now,we've finally come to the point of making a breakthrough. 我们现在终于到一个突破点。
we can first agree on the principle of .., and then the specific... later. 我们可以先就。。。的原则取得一致,然后再协商具体的。。。。
we can first agree on the principle of supply,and then the specific delivery time later. 我们可以先就供货的原则达成一致,然后再协商具体的供货时间。

3.5.3 澄清
There are still some points that need clarification 还有些问题需要澄清。
Frankly, we have two major suspicions , and we hope you could help us to understand and clarify. 坦率的说,我们有两个主要的疑点,我们希望你能帮助我们解释清楚。
please clarify... 请澄清。。。
please clarify your stand on the issue . 请澄清你在这个问题上的立场。
i'd like to make an inquiry concerning ....就....我想问一个问题。
i'd like to make an inquiry concerning the claim you lodged against us. 就对你方对我方提出的索赔,我想提个问题。
i'm ready to give you all the necessary clarifications. 我准备澄清你所有的问题。
i'm here to answer all the questions 我将回答所有的问题
Have you any questions as regards the contract? 有关合同你有什么问题吗?

3.5.4 表示异议
i'm afraid we may have some misunderstanding here . 恐怕我们在这个问题上有些误会。
i'm afraid we can't agree with you on this point. 空白在这点上,我们不能同意你的观点。
As a matter of fact,we have made some substantial concessions to you.其实,我们已经对你做出了相当的让步。
Except this one,we are prepared to agree to the other conditions. 除了这一点,我们打算同意其他的条件。
The estimate of cost considerably exceeds our calculations. 对成本的估算大大超过了我们的计算。
i'm afraid you're not quite aware of our difficulties . 恐怕你完全没有意识到我们的困难。
i'a afraid we can't accept your delivery time.恐怕我们不能接受你们的送货条件。
We ask you to reconsider .... 我们请你重新考虑...
We ask you to reconsider our proposal. 我们请你们重新考虑我们的提议。
You've overestimated ...你过高的估计了...
You've obviously overestimated the demand in the market.你显然过高的估计了市场的需求。
You've underestimated.... 你过低的估计了...
You've underestimated the problems involved in the reopening of the market. 你低估了重新开发市场所涉及到的问题。

3.5.5阐明立场
Our principle is ... 我们的原则是....
Our Principle is any deal should be mutually beneficial. 我们的原则是任何交易必须是互利的
We insist that ... 我们坚持....
We insist that you adjust your price.我们坚持调整你方的价格。
We generally do it on the basis of .... 我们通常是依据.... 行事的
We generally do it on the basis of our mutual agreed terms.我们通常依照我们双方同意的协定行事。
I wish you could understand that this is a matter of principle for us.我希望你能理解,对于我们来说这是一个原则问题。
Our stand regarding the problem is in fact very flexible. 我们对这个问题的立场其实是很灵活的。
We understand your concern about the deal and we want you to understand that we have our problems,too. 我们理解你对这笔交易的担心,我们也要求你理解我们有我们的问题。
You can't hold us responsible for the damages 你不能让我们对损失负责。

3.5.6 让步
I wish you would reconsider our conditions. 但愿你能重新考虑我们的条件。
We are prepared to make you a concession and grant you reasonable discount. 我们打算对你做些让步,个给你一些合乎情理的折扣。
If your order is big enough , we may reconsider our price.如果你订货量大的话,我们可以重新考虑我们的价格。
How about this: both sides make some concessions,and we meet each other half way. 我们这样如何:双方都做些让步,各让一半。
Can we each make some concession? 我们能互相做些让步吗?
Shall we meet each other half way? 我们能否各让一半?
In order to close our deal,can you bend the rules a little? 为了做成这笔交易,你能对你们的原则做些变动吗?
To clinch the deal, I really think we should both make some concessions. How about finding some alternatives ? 要达成交易,我真的认为我们双方都要做出让步。试试其他的途径怎么样?
But no matter how great the difference is , you'll have to move. You can't expect me to make the move alone. 不管双方的差距有多大,你得做出让步,你不能指望我单独做出让步。
I appreciate the steps you've taken , but the distance is not on my side. And i hope you'll continue to move forward. 我赞赏你方所采取的步骤,可这差距不是我方造成的。我希望你方继续努力。
If .... ,we may consider...
If you can't reduce the price, we may reconsider our order. 如果你不减价,我们可以重新考虑我们的订单。
We are ready to agree to your conditions provided.... 只要.... ,我们就同意你的条件。
We are ready to agree to your conditions provided you reduce the price. 只要你减价,我们就同意你方的条件。

3.5.7 僵局

Is there still room for you to move? 你方是否有可以回旋的余地?

We may put aside this issue for the moment and take up the following one. 我们可以暂时把这个问题先放一放,讨论下一个问题。

I hope we'll at least be able to agree upon other issues except price. 我希望我们至少除了价格以外在其他问题上能达成一致。

I'm sure we can find a way out of the present deadlock . 我肯定我们能找到摆脱目前僵局的办法。

I suggest we postpone the discussion of the price till Monday. 我建议我们把有关价格的讨论推迟到星期一。

I think you are trying to do the impossible . 我认为你方的想法不可实施。

We can't make any further concessions . 我们不能再让步了。

I‘m afraid the gap between us is too great. 恐怕我们之间的差距太大了。

Unfortunately the difference between us is too big. 不幸的是,我们之间的差距太大了

To my regret I find both sides find it most difficult to come to an agreement concerning the price. 我很遗憾,双方价格问题不能达成一致。

In that case , there is hardly any need for further discussion.We might as well call the whole deal off 如果这样,就没有必要进一步讨论了。我们会取消整个生意

I wish we  could come to a last minute agreement.我希望我们能在最后一刻达成协议。

Probably we'll have to leave it there. 可能我们不得不就这样了

I feel our points of view are total in line with each other.  我感到我们的观点完全一致。

We are not contradicted in fact. 其实我们没有什么矛盾。

I'm glad our negotiation has come to a successful conclusion . 我很高兴我们的谈判获得了成功。

If you have no objection,Let take it as agreed. 如果你不反对,我们就认为我们已达成一致

we are glad that the terms of Delivery are acceptable to you.我们很高兴发货的条件你们觉得可以接受。

We take it that we've agreed upon the major points of the contract. 我们可以这样认为,我们以就合同的主要问题达成了协议 。

I think we've settled all the points under dispute. 我认为我们已经解决了所有有争议的问题。

If some problems arise in the process of work, we shall deal with them there and then. 如果在具体执行过程中出现问题,我们会随时处理的。

Some principle point can be included into a supplement to the contract upon mutual agreement. 只要双方同意,有些要点可以放在合同的附件里。

I have no further questions about the term. 对这些条款我们没有其他问题。
