I would not send this kind of mail if I were you. It's not going to help you. It sounds you're
demanding to know why there is no more orders. I thought this is not your business. Re-write
your mail.

按照10楼的说法先从关心客户的角度出发了解客户销售情况,从侧面来了解到自己想要的信息这样反而更好。
