我们本地政府有正式通知下来了，家纺业生活用品棉不许用再生针刺棉，一律要求水洗，7月15日以后一经查出一律没收罚款。
允许用的棉有：喷胶棉，原棉针刺棉。全涤水洗棉通过检测也能用。标准棉的价格会上扬。
另外之前报的价格都是市场上便宜的棉，是这次严查的，7月15日前出柜没问题。

Our local goverment issued a formal notification,NO reuse cotton acupuncture should be used in daily-use cotton product( home textitle industry),washed cotton will take its place.
Anyone who breaks the notification will be punished after 15TH.JULY.
cotton permited include: spay-bonded cotton ,raw cotton acupuncture and tested washed cotton so the stand-cotton price will rise
the quotation before is based on the cheapest cotton,which is forbidened this time,but if we are quick enough to ship it before 15th,July,that's all ok
