Dimensions: 60x60, 80x80, 120x60
1. Water Absorption : should be < 0.5%
2. Shade Variation : maximum 3 shades within one tile’s model are allowed (A, B, C), shade A – at least 70%,
3. L Value: IVORY: 75+/-1 WHITE: 84+/-1
4. Surface : Nano Finish (stain should be removed in less than 1 min)
5. Straightness : no bending should be observed
6. Sizing : no chipping/teething of the edges
PGVT and GVT
Dimensions: 60x60, 80x80, 120x20, 120x60
1. Water Absorption : should be < 0.5%
2. Glossiness for WHITE > 93%
3. Shade Variation : maximum 3
4. Sizing : no chipping/teething of the edges
5. Surface : Nano Finish (stain should be removed in less than 1 min)
6. Straightness : no bending should be observed
7. Waviness : Surface Waviness should not be observed
Digital Wall Tiles Series: 30x60
1. No waviness on the top surface - hence the glaze 270 gms
2. Water stain resistance for minimum 15 minutes - 140 Gms engobe
3. Sizing - all 4 sides to be rectified
4. Pinholes - at the minimal - 2-3 pinholes max per tile
5. Bending - straight
6. Scratch on top surface - Should not come
Digital Wall Tiles Series: 30x90
1. No waviness on the top surface - hence the glaze 400 gms
2. Water stain resistance for minimum 15 minutes- 250 Gms engobe
3. Sizing - all 4 sides to be rectified
4. Pinholes - at the minimal - 2-3 pinholes max per tile
5. Bending - straight
6. Scratch on top surface - Should not come.
Main packing details:
1. EUROPALLET - Pallet should be made from pine-wood, not from jungle wet wood. ALSO Euro pallets must have relevant fumigation not just certificate. Fumigation sign must be visible on the pallet
2. FOIL PAD ON THE PALLET. Each pallet should be covered with a foil layer, before loading product, so that the box had no direct contact with the pallet.
3. PLASTIC HOODS Thermoweldable plastic hoods are necessary.
4. AIRBAGS Pallets to be packed with airbags, working … fulfilled airbags.
5. HUMIDITY ABSORBED BAG. Protecting form excessive moisture and mold
