As a matter of fact,the goods were ready on Jan 1.However,we could only make delivery tomorrow as two units were not up to our
shipping standard due to the fact that they did not have steady performance in the baking machine test.We would deliver the goods
directly to the warehouse of your designated freight forwarder for an earlier shipment.Therefore,there is no need for you to
arrange for the pick up with your freight forwarder.

In fact,the goods were ready on Jan 1.However,we have to reproduce which some of units were not up to our
shipping standard due to that they did not have steady performance in the burn-in test.and 600cd/m2 are high light for the specialize LCD(liquid cystal display ),we need to assure each product with decent qulity,which is stable and reliable.That's why we need extend the burn-in test time.
For your request that you will received the goods by the end of Jan,as i mentioned before,600cd/m2 is special one,the supplier are very hard to find the product resources in the market.so i am afraid that can not catch on time by seaway.How about by air,we can bear half of the air frieght with you.

As a matter of fact,the goods were ready on Jan 1.However,the quality of some of the LCDs failed to meet up with our
shipping standard in the burn-in test.We had no other alternative but to re-make them.
We have to stress the point that the LCD of 600cd/m2 is a speical product with scare source of supply and long lead time.It seems
that there is no way for us to catch the required delivery if we still choose the sea route.I wonder could we change the mode of
transportation to air and the airfare could be shared 50%/50%.(此处，最好注一下产品的最终包装尺寸和空运费是多少）。

All the products are already finished on the 1st, but there are some machines unstable when we process the welding machine test. So the goods will be sent tomorrow since the products didn't reach our delivery standard and we have to reproduce. To ship at the fastest rate, the goods will be directly sent to the warehouse of your forwarder, no need to come to pick up the goods.个人觉得被动语态更好 可参考

Actually the mass production was already finished in Jan1,but 2 sets was not steady when proceed with backing machine testing.we would remake and deliver to you tomorrow since it hasnt meet our delivering standard.in order to shipping asap,we will arrange the bulk to your warehouse instead of picking up by themself.
