TERMS AND CONDITIONS:A. The seller /manufacturer is 100% reliable and responsible for the products made to meet Hobby Lobby’s requirements as products tested by BV, while the buyer has no reliabilities and responsibilities whatsoever. C. ETD, Shanghai, China of this shipment is xxx. The buyer pays miscellious fees two days after ETD, on time for OOCL to release Seaway Bill of lading. (This phrase will be replaced when confirmed with OOCL of ETD).
D. Buyer pays seller up to 50% of the total order amount for seller to release Seaway Bill and all necessary documents.
E. The exchange rates between USD and RMB: 1:62.as today’s’ published rate by China Bank.
F. Buyer pays up to 70% of order total to the seller within 25 days after receiving Seaway Bill e-copies from OOCL, Shanghai.
G. The buyer shall pay in full amount 90 days after receiving Seaway Bill from OOCL, pending light sets meet Hobby Lobby’s requirements, no defectives and no damage costs occur.
H. Buyer reserves the right of inspecting or waiving inspection before shipment.
I. When inspection takes place, without the buyer inspector’s approvals the shipment of this order will NOT to take place. And the manufacturer shall re-make all products as instructed before cancelling date.
J. The seller pays all costs, fees for the second inspects: travelling, hotel, and food etc.
K. Shall any defectives and non compliances found after 100% of order total amount paid, the seller is fully reliable and responsible. Buyer keeps and presents the seller data and sets and total dollar damages.
L. The inspector is not reliable or responsible for the final products to meet Hobby Lobby minimum standard of high qualities. It is the seller / manufacturer’s responsibilities and liabilities for the products’ safety and quality, till to the end-users.
M. The buyer’s inspector or assigned representative will randomly pick 4 samples of each type for BV testing before shipment takes place, without this test, there is no shipment taking place. Samples include packing materials and sets.
N. The buyer is arranging booking with OOCL all procedures, before and in order for this shipment to take place. The seller is to work with buyer for all paperwork, packing requirements, and delivery, etc.
