小弟外贸新人，现在有一个老客户，要求降价格，但是我们利润已经很低了，翻译如下：您好！我们的这个报价是3月份报的，现在已经5月份了，现在的钢材价格比3月份增加了至少10%，你数据你是可以查得到的，
再加上我们3月份的报价已经算优惠报价了，所以我们现在不调整价格已经相当于给您们优惠了，但是我们的质量与材质都不会改变。
再加上付款方式我们也是完全按照你们的要求进行。
所以我们这个价格对我们来说是最低价了，但是作为老顾客，我们给您我们最后去掉零头的低价位XXXXX。
大致内容如上，主要内容为钢材上涨，客户的付款方式很苛刻，我们也照做了。谢谢请大神组织下，谢谢！！！

如果是老客户，我觉得可以简单点。他们对市场是很敏感的，应该知道外面的世界。我会选择不要罗列具体的太多，而是一带而过。而且，去掉零头的事儿我并不赞同。特别是针对老客户，这么做值得商榷。客户会觉得你们还有水分可以挤。
as you may aware, market changes alot from March. we've been in business for years and we understand fully your value. Our offer is already down to the bottom, as always. And your order is always being taken care in first priority in our company.
我觉得这么几句就够了。当然，如果后面过了几天没了下文，可能需要打电话去sense一下客户的语气。如果真的觉到了什么，你在考虑去零头的事儿。但是，任何价格上的让步都是下策，特别是对老客户。因为对待老客户你们的价格应该已经是最好。
