I need you to e-mail me copy of final original B/L issued by Alpha Master before arranging TT to your favor. So, please send me original B/L.However, I also need you to deduct DEPOSIT of USD 400,00 so we can arrange TT for balance amount.
Finally, please add the following declaration on the bottom of your Invoice:
THE ARTICLES AND THE MATERIAL, USED FOR FOOD, MENTIONED ON THIS INVOICE,ARE MANUFACTURED IN CONFORMITY TO COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) 1935/2004
So, please send me adjusted Invoice with deduction of deposit and with declaration and send it out together with original B/L so we can arrange early TT to your favor. Thank you

正本提单复印件，做尾款tt都是这么操作，有什么问题么？

是否在发票中将详细金额写清楚，然后将提单号抹掉之后发给客户呢

1) 扫描正本提单，把扫描件发给客户
2） 更正发票金额，扣减客户已经支付的订金, 并在发票底下加上客户要求的那句话，
把更正后的发票和提单扫描件发给客户后，客户才能安排付款。
