为了追回美国一家公司的欠款，我们委托了一家美国当地的专门负责收这种烂账的公司BARR帮忙收回货款。在正式签订协议前，BARR发来了一堆条文，翻译起来好吃力。求哪位大侠帮忙翻译一下下面这些条文。万分感谢！！• Authorized returns will be at the reduced rate of 100%.
• In all cases BARR will endeavor to collect the balance of each account placed in full. In order to provide latitude within the collection process, 3T Company authorizes BARR to accept as payment in full no less than 75.00% of the principal amount placed without written consent.
• If 3T Company determines that an account should be placed on “HOLD” whereby BARR ceases collection efforts, while you accept payments or work out a dispute, we will be happy to honor your request. The fee will still be charged on all monies received, as the positive communication which took place is a direct result of BARR’s involvement. Accounts may remain on hold for up to 30 days.
• In addition to monthly status reports, 3T Company will have access to accounts placed for collections via a secure web portal.
• BARR will report monies collected within 48 business hours of receipt of funds (normally the same day) and in turn, request monies paid directly to you be reported to BARR Credit Services, Inc. also in a timely manner.
