Regulation 3 – 5 and MSC. 1 / Circ. 1379. Original Declaration to be sent as accompanying document, showing name of the vessel
and Order Number. Copy to be sent by E-Mail to our Hamburg office with your Order Confirmation.
This order is intended for a seagoing vessel and therefore exempted from VAT according to §4 No.2 and §8 No. 1 UStG
