以下是一个条款，我翻译出来了，但是希望大家提意见啊。有的感觉没翻译正确。先谢了啊。Prices stated in this Purchase Order apply to all shipments of goods made or services rendered hereunder. Buyer shall have no obligation to honor invoices for goods and services at any increased price until such increase shall have been confirmed in writing by Buyer. The acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes a warranty that the prices to be charged for goods or services ordered herein are not in excess of prices charged to other customers for similar quantities and delivery requirements. Seller agrees that if at any time during the life of this Purchase Order it quotes or sells at lower net price like articles, materials, supplies, facilities or services under similar conditions such lower net prices shall from time to time be substituted for the prices named herein. Unless otherwise specified, price is to cover only the net weight of products ordered hereunder excluding therefrom all charges for boxing, crating, lumber or storage.
本购买订单所列价格适用所有已发货货物以及所有已提供服务。若买方并未对产品或者服务的涨价事宜作出书面确认，买方则无义务接受任何上涨的产品或服务的发票。一旦接受本采购订单，在数量及发货要求相似情况下，本订单所采购产品或服务的价格将被视作已保证不高于其他客户的价格。卖方同意，若在本采购订单施行期间，在产品，材料，物料，设施或者服务相似的情况下，无论在任何时候报出或者卖出更低的净价，都需不时用此净价替代本订单所列价格。除非另有说明，此价格只包含以下所采购产品的净重量，不包含由此产生的纸盒包装费用，木箱包装费用，或者储存费用。

其實我水平也不怎樣，看完了說說個人想法哈，LZ 不要怪我太尖刻了！^_^
這裡還有不少詞語的說法感覺很生硬，不太符合老外的語法習慣。還有感覺最後一句很危險“纸盒包装费用，木箱包装费用，或者储存费用”；那個“或者”要用“和”，不然很麻煩。個人意見：

Seller agrees that during the period of validity of the Purchase Order if he quotes or sells a net price cheapter than the Purchase Order with the similar articles, materials, supplies, facilities or services, then the lower net price will substitute the previous price constantly. Unless specified particularly, this net price is to cover only the net weight of products ordered hereunder ,excluding all charges for boxing, crating, lumber and storage.

这个“similar conditions” 我不知道是单独翻成“在相似情况下”，还是如上面的翻译，指articles, materials, supplies, facilities or services。
另外补充： 我这个是将客户过来的英文翻译成中文哦。不是中翻英。
