ship to party 就是收货人,也就是你的货要发给谁， 好像还有个 bill to party，也就是你的发票要开给谁

Below please find new customs filling requirements at port of loading which go into effect January 26.Any shipment which does not have the below lodged with U.S. customs within 24 hours of loading may be held at Port of Discharge . We are amending our requirements from your shipper and will provide the below as required.
Please review and advise any questions.
ISF(ISF means IMPORTER SECURITY FILING OR IMPORTER ) or their agents must provide 10 additional data elements, no later than 24 hours before cargo is laden aboard a vessel destined to the US or an FTZ. These elements include:
1.Seller info
2.Buyer info
3.Importer of record number/FTZ applicant Id
4.Consignee number(s)
5.Ship to party
6.Country of origin and
7.Commodity Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the US (HTSUS) number
8.Container Stuffing location
9. Consolicator
10.Manuracturer
