客户说ETD 7月末，但是我从来未同意过，我只是说7月末货可以好，现在7月末货客户好，我准备订8月9 号的船，客户又说太晚了，如何客户要走空运，让我和她一起分担这个钱，这是我的老客户，我不想失去，我想委婉的把事情解决，但是我经理还不想拿钱，说最多只承担一点，我这边给客户回复的邮件，大家看看，帮我改改，看怎么写比较好Thank you for your e-mail.
Please kindly note we confirmed that the mass production can be finished on 31,07，and we can finish on time as we promised，there is no delay from us，please be kind to check our attached e-mail.
We noted this order is urgent so that you will ship by air，we understand your situation，but as our old customer，we have supplied you the best price ，the profit of this order is very very small，it is difficult for us to afford the airfreight，hope you could understand，thanks.

We have finished the production by Jul 31 as promised in our previous emails and plan to make the delivery by ship on Aug 9.
As you have mentioned that this order is urgent and better be delivered by air, could you kindly compensate the extra freight that may incur by air because we are always provide best price to you and our margin is quite slim.
The extra frieght is $xxxx.xx.

To provide you products with low price and good quality, we only gain low profits, so we have to only cover a part of freight.
