Consequently, our Legal Trademark Agent, as duly appointed above, is authorized to conduct and represent the company’s interest in any Company Trademarks or applications therefor, sign, thumbprint, submit and deliver any and all documents or records needed to be filed and other relevant application forms with the relevant government authority, including but not limited to the Department of Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Commerce, submit or withdraw any documents on behalf of the company, pay any prescribed fees and expenses, appoint a substitution or substitutions of the Legal Trademark Agent, meet with any Cambodian officials and/or other relevant persons regarding the Trademarks and any documents related thereto and perform whatever other acts may be required for the application in scope of protection and other acts necessary for the legal prosecution of the Trademarks.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Power of Attorney shall automatically terminate on the day on which the Department of Intellectual Property Rights issues the filling affidavit of use/non-use and endorsement affidavit of use/non-use of the above registered marks.

句子结构其实很简单，就是授权代理做这些事，然后是授权书的终止时间，见多了就熟悉了。
