客户发的设计稿不是原文件，他的是JPG 转换成PDF 的， 不是原文件，且清晰度不高，该怎么跟客户说，英语的原文件 和 设计文档清晰度不高 是什么？评论

你们都知道所说的是设计稿，只是不清晰，想要原始文件，可以这样说：
The file you sent is illegible. Could you send me the original file. Thanks.
