一票去印度加尔各答的货物，CNF,收货人指定当地的清关公司去清关收货，做的电放提单，发票，箱单，提单上收货人那一栏写得清关公司，快到港了，清关公司说不能清关，说是提单上收货人那一栏要改成真正的收货人，通知人写清关公司。才能清关。现在要改单。难道提单收货人填清关公司就清不了关？非得改么，有大神解答一下么

If manifest file against previous B/L cargo cannot be cleared In Transit Nepal Cargo.

As per our Kolkatta office the documents which you have sent us need to be amend. According to them before manifest the file at Kolkatta by the steamer agent please amend all documents (B/L, Commercial invoice, Packing list) as per attached over here and send soon.
We need certificate of origin also which you have not sent.
