My company is located in Texas, USA and we specialise in distribution of agricultaral seeds for medicinal purposes and research.
The issue is we buy those seeds from a specific supplier in China, at a specific amount and we buy in large quantities of up to 20cbm and more which is alot of money.
So i will like you to contact the supplier and place an order in the quantity that my company requires. I will personally make the payment for the goods from my personal account to the supplier's account in China, and when the supplier complete the production of the goods, they will ship it to my company warehouse address in USA and send to you the shipment papers.
You will have to send to me the scan photo of the shipment paper so i can forward it to our company boss and accountant alongside with a Proforma invoice which will bear your account details.
I will have to double the PI value which will be tendered to the accounting department of my company, so if the original amount of goods purchased by you is valued to $20,000 USD, i will tender an invoice amounting to $40,000 USD to my company with your account details.
So the total payment of 40,000 will be remitted to your account, and once you confirm the payment in your account, you will have to send the shipment documents in hard copy to my by DHL. Also, you will return my capital which i used in making payment for the goods and the balance of 20,000 USD on it will be shared 50% each between us.
Once we receive the shipment papers from you, with that we will be able to clear the goods from the Customs and pay the duty and then the order is over until we have another need for another items or order.
If you can do this, i will have to send you an agreement which will be between us for transparency and loyalty and then we can proceed.
My company are preparing to place an order in the next few days or weeks so we must act fast.
