大家好。我是一个外贸菜鸟。英语水平不是很好。现在有一个客户问到我关于MOQ的问题。我一直没有一个准确的答案。都怪我自己的英语不好。不会表达。希望各路大神进来帮帮我。应该怎么回复客户。谢谢了，问题是关于我们工厂里的DC风扇的起批量的问题。我们厂的风扇起批量是一个20GP的货柜。如果客户要的越多，例如40GP相对应的报价就越便宜的。。还有一个就是我们可以提供工厂100台的MOQ。是为了方便客户混批。因为风扇有不同的型号。每个型号相对应装进20GP货柜里的数量又不同。所以我也回了客户的邮件。但系客户一直说看不懂。我又表达不好。唉。不想因为这样导致对我们工厂和印象太差了。求各位帮我。看看怎么回复客户比较清楚好吗？谢谢了。

客户如果只要一个规格的东西，那就20GP装的下这个规格的数量给他。
直接发个表格：
规格名称： MOQ :20GP
规格A XXX数量
规格B xxx数量
。。。。。
然后再加一句，如果混装多个规格的，那就数量总量加起来装满一个20GP。
就这样回老，不需要多说。
针对客户要是只买一个规格，我想你总归算的来数量吧？
要是混装，那就问下他想要哪几个规格，然后你平均下数量大致装满一个柜，报个数量表老。
他要是想这个多点，那个少点， 那看你工厂肯不肯做老。

同楼上，你这个就是卖得多然后会便宜一些，你告诉他，20GP多少价格，40GP多少价格，数量越多越便宜。单个型号20GP价格。PS告诉他可以每个品种都放一个contanier,凑够MOQ20GP也是可以的。

MOQ:最小订货量（Minimum Order Quantity）,那你就客人看中的款式风扇，按每款型号最低数量给到你客人，然后将所有最低数量的型号风扇加起来拼成一个最低一个小柜20'GP报价给到客人就OK了，做一份装箱清单给客人看。这样你看客人是否能看得明白和懂你的意思。
