我司和科威特公司达成代理协议。下一步需要在各大公司PQ供应商资格预审。以下是文件要求。恳请大神指导。1. Attach Valid Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation/ Delaware or equivalent in the foreign country, duly attested by Embassy of Kuwait at the foreign country.
A. Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation/Delaware 各指什么文件？
B. Attested 具体要怎么去操作？
2. Please attach a copy of a Requisition Letter on your Company’s letter head using the template attached.
The person name, signing this letter should match with the Signature Authorization Certificate.
Signature Authorization Certificate 是什么文件？要怎么获得？
3. Foreign suppliers to attach certificate of Authorization for signature with specimen signatures of authorized personnel certified by the Respective Chamber of Commerce & Industry and attested by Kuwait Embassy. 这一段完全云里雾里，具体需要什么文件，怎么操作啊？急！！！
