面对美国客人的压价,我该怎么回复?我已经给他打了折扣,可是他还嫌不够,哎Hi,
I am truly glad you are one of the best factories I am dealing with when it comes to sourcing anything.
I am upset on seeing your pricing on your tote bags - unfortunately we won't be able to work with you if your price does not go down. I have gotten so many quotes from different companies and they are in the 2.00-2.50 range I don't want to work with them but I will if you do not go down with price. We are NOT here to make a onetime order- we want to CREATE a lifetime long business with you guys. Please let me know your NEW quote. I look forward to it and I hope I won't be so disappointed.
Everything I have read about your company has been amazing and I feel like we would fit perfectly together!!!!!

所有买方人员都会认为卖方人员所开的价格过高,都需要往死里还价的,您要掌握这个规律之后,再考虑用什么样的语言去回复客户,您可以从您的产品特性,材质,工艺水平,售后保障,性价比以及原材料成本上升以及您的服务等各个方面去阐述您的产品是物超所值的,我看到过一篇也是在福布里曾经老版主专门针对报价的贴子,挺不错的,LZ不妨进去看看,或许对您有所帮助:

搞运输的,给点具体的建议,所有的邮件颠来倒去都是你说的这几点,人家耳朵都摸出茧子了 no lower price, no order 你咋办

价格是成交的最重要因素之一。
这哥们我认为并没有多少诚意和你们合作,如果你确定你们的价格并没有高的离谱。
作为一个供应商,有必要知道自己的价格和市场价格的差距,你的产品特点(你的价格为什么比别人高),弄清楚你能给的底价。灵活一点,如果你认为你的价格基本没有下降的空间了,那就在付款方式,订货数量,交货期等方面给点限制。别别人一还价,你就拿质量,成本,服务什么的说事,大家都会说。
就像那老美说的,想跟你们长期合作,这谁知道呢? 你的质量,服务这些东西也一样,在成交之前,谁能保证你的质量和服务能喝承诺的一样?
如果你的价格比市场价格高出很多,或者你的价格永远是市场上最高的价格,那你肯定是此类产品的leading manufacturer,就像宝钢的产品。这客户毫无疑问不是你们公司的目标客户,至少现在还不是。
