货物于6/21装柜出厂,客人昨天发来投诉照片,说货物在海关检验时,海关人员刚打开柜门箱子就从里面掉出来了,且里面的箱子全都乱七八糟的,我们发了装柜照片给客人看,客人说事宜就摆在眼前说是我们装柜没有装好要扣款,我们柜子没有装满,有空一点,是梯形叠放的.大家帮忙看看我应该怎么回,我们经理在出差人不在,实在没办法了,在此谢谢各位支招.

I think that we do not need to comment these pictures, that the load is shifting and falling around in the container is clear, there has not been a proper and professional loading of the container.
Nothing was secured and the load was not divided well over the total surface à under the roof in the beginning and empty at the end. Seems nobody made a loading plan.
The goods have been shifted and fallen down at the moment the truck braked the first time at the end of your street for sure after 100 meters! L.
Now unloading took too long and also we have damages. So a lot of extra work.
We will charge the extra cost which come up to you as soon as we have the invoices in hand.
I am really sorry, please ask your warehouse to load upcoming containers precisely and send us a loading plan before shipment.

静观其变,等客人的invoices了,赶紧和你们老板,装车的同事确认是不是真的装柜有问题。这种问题必须要反应快,即使没有好的答复给客人,也要即使回应客户的投诉。
建议:让客人做个比较详细的report出来,然后告诉客户你这边正在和老板以及装柜的同事确认到底是哪里出现的问题。
等到客人的report出来在做具体答复

差不多,老外都喜欢做这些report的,客户想找你们赔偿必须有真凭实据啊,你去找你们老板,及装柜的同事确认的时候也是需要这些资料的啊
不管是不是你们的错,不要拖客户,及时冷静处理才上策
