自从 客户A 背叛了 发货人S  与收货人C 以后。

我很快就收到了 C 的询价邮件如下:

Hi S

We are thinking of placing a new order but we first want to clarify some issues.

We are thinking of ordering 4000 of the ITEM A and 4000 of the ITEM B.

Please tell me in how many days these 8000 pieces can be ready.

Also I’m sure you understand that we acted very professionally in the last order and we made sure that you did not lose any money and we made sure to cover for you and we took responsibility for any losses even though it was not our fault, so please tell me what price you will charge us per piece for these 8000 compressors. I’m sure that you understand that to continue doing business together it is in both of our interests that you give us the best cheapest price possible.

The terms of payment we understand will be just like with "A" which is 30% of the amount when we place the order and 70% of the amount a week before the ship arrives in USA port and after we pay the 70% you will release the BOL/telex release to our forwarder.

I await your answers and confirmation to my questions.

Thank you very much for your new order.

Mass production lead time around 40 days, we will do our best to finish your order as fast as we can.

Yes,thank you so much for your help and acted very professionally in the last order.

The price we quoted to "A" has been issuing valid (AUG.26,2016-AUG.25,2017), as usual, we will review
our rising costs and update our quotation to "A"/ You.

Before we quote to you, please let's clarify what you should get our support as following:

1. Item A&B are specially for you"C" as exclusive distribution in USA.
   Mould cost around  USD90,000 the costs all bear by us(C ).

2. We've been advised by "A" from your side will place 80,000 units in total per year,therefore,
   we agreed exclusive distribution for "C". Even order less than 80,000 units from year 2016-2017.
   But what we considering are long term business partnership we are happy to continous our exclusive
   distribution for "C". As you can check the our website,   We didnot have any marketing promotion for item a and item b.      

3. To start our mutual business,each of two items has been favorable USD0.35.

4. To support our business, for ITEM A when the quantity reached 10000 units, we have to give 100 units
   free of charge,stating from FEB.15,2017.  For ITEM B when the quantity reached 10000 units, we have
   to give 50 units free of charge,stating from Mar.09,2017.

5. First refusal when we have newly developed product.

6. In terms of payment, we sold to" A" as 30% of the amount before production, 70 % of amount before shipment.
   As you can see the past payment record and Bank notice and the Invoice.
   The last order we sold to "A" was exceptional case,because "A" told us He got temporary Financial Problem.

7. The price we sold to "A", without any commission.

Therefore,for continue doing business together with you directly,We would like keep the price we sold to "A"(2016-2017)
          ITEM: A USD ...          ITEM: B USD...
As you know, raw material included zinc alloy and plastic and labor cost is rising rapidly, RMB is depreciating against dollars
this year from 6.9 to 6.5 now. We are working on, we trust you will have good cooperation from us.

英文水平还行,有两个地方挑出来了(其他语法错误就懒得改了,太长):

5. First refusal when we have newly developed product.(这句话是啥意思?)

RMB is depreciating against dollars this year from 6.9 to 6.5 now(这句话有问题,人民币在升值,美元在贬值,LZ的英文说反了,请把RMB改成USD, dollars改为RMB)

所以 有很多人说英文不好也可以做外贸我认为这种说法不正确。

做外贸一定要有一定的英文基础,不然是做不好外贸的。

5. 我是想说,新产品开发他有优先选择权。

美元与人民币的问题,还真需要调整,不过你说的那个前后感觉也不合适。

It sounds great I will confirm this order in the next few days. I am not yet sure the final amounts I want to order so I will let you know later on in the week.

But please confirm that this order will be just between me (C ) and you (S) but "A" is not a partner in this order. All payments and terms of the order and agreements and documents and instructions will only be between C and S and A has no part of it and you will take no instructions at all from A.

Please confirm this agreement.

USD is depreciating against RMB this year from 6.9 to 6.5 now.
(我本人一般直接就这样说,USD exchange rate is dropping crazily recently.)
