IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. As per the new rule by the custom, consignee will have to provide the proof of payment (i.e. bank transfer slip) which they paid to their suppliers to purchase the materials. Be assure that the commercial invoice value should be the same / match with payment evidence.
2. Please note the Customs Authorities have repeatedly emphasizes that the cargo shipped in containers must be palletized & covered; and that label must be inserted on the pallets which must show B/L# , consignee’s name and No. of packages.
3. It is now a mandatory requirement by the Customs Dep’t that the country of origin must be inserted on the product items as well as packs, with non removable labels if it is not engraved or embossed on the product itself.
