以下我是和客户的邮件的往来,我把要确认的东西都问了,为什么?为什么我们老板说我还没有弄清楚客户的需求?如果是这样我就真的不知道客户的需求应该是什么了。他说我没有跟客户说灯是1W,我说我在邮件里说了啊,他又说客户不一样能看到,那客户不认真看邮件,我有什么办法啊?而且你怎么就知道客户看不到呢?
还有客户处在加拿大的法语区,我不知道加拿大有法语区,说我一点认知能力没有? 我就一脸懵逼了???我不知道很正常吧,我也不是世界地图???

1. It is CNC aluminum with straightly brushed surface finish, is that OK for you?
2. It is 1W ,350mA. Should we supply the LED light only, or should we supply LED driver together?
3. What is the length of output wire do you need? 30cm,1m or 2m?
4.What is CCT do you prefer, 2700K or 3000K?

1- yes CNC aluminum brushed is ok
2- led light as well as drive, can you supply also driver for set of 4 or 5 led lights ?
3- length of wire is ok 30 cm
4- 2700 k is ok with us

可能你们老板要求比较高,他是从他自己的角度去评价你的,你经验不足达不到这种境界很正常,听听老板的意见,学习一下就好了,不要太放心里面去。

1 客户是经销商而不是终端用户,所以北美的市场需求是需要搞清楚的,具体到哪款车型,年份,毫无疑问,是北美后维修市场的货。2,如果客户只是比较价格,那么线下的工作量是比较大的了,所以下一封邮件的回复需要谨慎了,不光是产品的性价比,我想这个询盘这时候出来应该是他的供应商出了状况,可以通过海关数据来发掘一下原供应商的情况。3 因为马上要春节了,所以接下来的每一天都需要精打细算,因为这个时间除了你,几乎很少有人去对接他的询价。希望这些建议对您有所帮助。
