加拿大外贸
这个客户已经来回扯皮4个月了，最后终于准备成交了，但是我第一次签这种合同，之前几个都是直接PI 就ok了，能帮我看看合同条款ok吗？我们卖他们定制的镀锌钢管。
Quality: the tolerance of square pipe size is allow +/-0.05mm. The material surface is smooth and can not be bent and a dent.
Packing: in bundles, surface: smooth bare, Steel pipes are tied with wire without any extra packaging.
Quantity: in case the seller deliver shortage, the seller has to replace with the quantity equivalently. +- 10% is acceptable.
Country of Origin: China.
ARTICLE II: SHIPMENT
Delivery time: 15 days after receiving the deposit
ort of loading: Foshan in China.
ort of destination: Cat Lai Port, Hochiminh city , Vietnam
artial shipment to be not allowed.
Transshipment: allowed.
ARTICLE III: PAYMENT METHODS
-by TT 30% deposit when signing contarct & PI
-the balance 70% will be paid before receiving shipping docs by fax or email (if the balance is not received before the loading, the cost of the change will be borne by the buyer)
ARTICLE V: DOCUMENTS:
Signed Commercial Invoice in 3 originals .
Packing List in 3 originals.
Bill of Lading in 3/3 origin and clean shipped on board ocean Bill of Lading, made out to order of the seller marked “ freight collec”.
Send orginal shipping documents by email after receiving balance 70% T/T payment
ARTICLE VI: CLAIM
In case of claim of quality and quantity, it will be based on survey report of Vinacontrol
ARTICLE VII: ARBITRATION: Any dispute between the two Parties arising out of the contract should be firstly resolved by amicable agreement of the two parties. If not, the dispute should be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hochiminh City, Vietnam. The arbitration award shall be considered as the final and binding both parties. The fees of arbitration costs and other damages shall be born by the losing party.
ARTICLE VIII: FORCE MAJEURE
Seller shall not be liable for all failure delay in performance of its responsibilities hereunder for any such failure or delay which may be caused by strikes, lockouts or other labor, disturbances, riots or civil commotion, war or consequences of war, declared requision, fires, floods serve weather or any extraordinary of any other causes beyond the seller’s control which include government policy.
ARTICLE IX: GENERAL CONDITIONS
Both parties engaged to carry out strictly the contract. Any amendent must be made in writing and confirmed by two parties. This contract is allowed to sign by fax and valid from the signing date.

佛山的，不是有个钢铁世界嘛~不过老板准备不在外贸投钱了，费时费力收入少~国内简单，起码投入宣传什么的能明显看到回报，一个越南客户搞四个月才一个单，还是烦死人的客户！

请问国外客户也是收的人民币吗？从国内还是国外打的。
另外合同，之前也跟客户签过，只要看仔细，没什么大问题，款项，付款方式没问题，就不用担心。就算是违背合同，他起诉你费钱费时。合同只是让客户安心而已。

我们多的是本来在国内的广州的客户，都可以打人民币，不然就找了中国这边代理人全权负责这样
