我们有一款卸妆湿巾出口到科威特，属于化妆品，客户要求提供The Certificate legalized by health authorities in country of origin stating that product are free from bovine spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) for any biological additive from animal (E.g elastin collagen, ceramides, glycosminolycans,liver extracts, lung extract, glycerophospholipids, hypothalamus, bone marrow extracts, spingolipid, tonsil, animals proteins.
不知道这个怎么操作? 是我们自己工厂开一个证明吗？然后找哪个Health Authorities部门认证呢？打了商检局和海关，都没说明白，然后国家食品药品监督管理局好像也不存在合并了，已经打听了一个多月了， 还没整明白。。。
求大神不吝赐教，谢谢。
