解释的话得要了解到这个出口方式的本质，实际上是一种不合法的代理出口方式。存在漏税的嫌疑。

This act can easily lead to tax fraud, tax evasion, illegal trading of foreign exchange, evasion of foreign exchange, evasion of certificates, evasion of fees and other illegal cases, thus seriously affecting the healthy development of the country's export business.

可以跟国外说，买单是一种违规操作，会带来风险。
另外可以找代理合作，走正规的渠道，这样无论做账还是出口，都是正规操作。

Because our company have no export right to clean the customs, so we use other company which have the export license to clean the customs

自己能出口,为何要买单出口 ? 必要性在哪 ? 走个代理出口不可以吗? 买单出口是违法行为,涉及收汇, 退税 ,财务税务处理等多方面问题,一旦被查, 不划算!
