Responsibility:
1. Process orders and shipping.
2. Handle customer phone calls, emails andon-site visiting. Follow up and generate reports
3. Document processes
4. Interface with warehouse
5. Work on assigned projects and/orassignments
Requirement:
1. Previous customer service experience isan asset.
2. Excellent oral and writing English is amust; good command of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
3. Strong tele-communication and face toface communication skill is an asset.
4. self-motivated, well-organized and agood team player.
