职位职责:
1.收集市场和行业信息,协助采购经理完成公司的采购计划和目标;
2.与供应商建立良好的业务关系,完成公司采购任务;
3.根据公司和市场需求开发符合标准的产品和供应商资源,完成供应商基本资料整理和维护;
4.跟市场和销售部门定期沟通产品需求和产品到货入库情况;
5.完成上级领导安排的其他任务。
职位要求:
1.1-2年采购或供应链相关工作经验,供应链,物流,国际贸易或商科专业背景为优;
2.熟悉采购工作流程,订单管理、账务处理、供应商开发等具有一定的经验;
3.工作态度积极,具有良好的谈判技巧、沟通能力及协调能力;
4.思路清晰,做事有计划性及良好的执行力;
5.能适应互联网快节奏,自驱力强;
6.有餐饮行业经验优先考虑,有餐饮业或超市等企业采购经验优先考虑
7.英文中文流利
Procurement Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
1. Collect market and industry information to assist procurement manager to complete the company's procurement plans and goals;
2. Establish a good business relationship with suppliers and complete the company's procurement tasks;
3. Develop products and supplier resources that meet the standards according to the company and market needs, and complete the sorting and maintenance of supplier information;
4. Communicate regularly with the marketing and sales department about product requirements and product arrival and inventory;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of procurement or supply chain related work experience, background in supply chain, logistics, international trade or business preferred;
2. Familiar with the procurement workflow, and have experience of order management, accounting processing, supplier development, etc.;
3. Positive working attitude, good negotiation, communication and coordination skills;
4. Critical thinking, organized and self-driven;
5. Able to adapt to the fast pace of the Internet and food industry;
6. Experience in the food or restaurant industry is preferred, and purchasing experience in restaurant or supermarkets industry is a plus;
7. Fluent in English and Chinese
