scalper------票贩子there are so many scalpers all over China and some of them have deep relationship with the policemen in railwaystation and some of them have relationship with the officers in raiwaystation.There are so many unfair phenomena in our society, that is one of the reasons why so many people want to immigrate to other countries.I think the authority should shoulder their responsibities to ensure fairness,equality and interests of ordinary people.
