虽然强制酒店隔离和14天隔离期等措施对于完全接种的公民和永久居民来说已经成为过去时，但机场仍然有针对旅行者的严格程序。
网友称，这些失控又没有效率的检疫程序现在看起来像是作秀。
经验丰富的环球旅行者已经做了最坏的打算，比如安检、航班和行李延误、海关等待时间延长等麻烦，但许多人根本没有想到YYZ机场会如此混乱。
沮丧的旅行者被困在令人不舒服的拥挤场景中，看不到任何身体距离，同时抱怨在海关COVID-19检测等地方排了几个小时的队。
