（加西網綜合）今天早上，由於加拿大兩家最大的電信公司發生故障，BC省TELUS 和 Bell 用戶又亂套，阿爾伯塔省的用戶也無法撥通電話。
現在，TELUS 公司表示已經恢復服務。
一些客戶今天早上遭遇大約一個小時的通信服務中斷。居住白石TELUS 公司旗下koodo用戶的手機，由於服務中斷，莫名收到轉入美國網絡服務的短信。
數百名推特用戶表達了對TELUS電信公司的不滿，有些人甚至要求賠償。

Telus客服之後表示已經知曉目前的線路中斷，中斷影響了BC省和阿省的客戶。工作人員正在努力恢復線路。
