报道：昨天，渥太华地区一名女子在里多河上开车，车子掉入水中后她的行为却让很多民众震惊了。
警方盛赞了附近居民的快速反应。当附近民众看到汽车掉入河中后，使用皮划艇将车子上的女性司机救出。

警方表示事件中没有人受伤。但提醒民众在这个冬季格外小心！
附近的监控录像拍到了这名女子开车快速地从河面上驶过。
一些民众质疑为什么要在河上开车。有评论称她可能从 30 公里外的肯普特维尔沿河向北行驶。
此外，这名女子在车子掉入冰窟窿后，并没有忙着自救，而是爬到车子顶部，进行自拍！
