Tim,I am a member of the HK ME'd group.We are aware of the decision on your motion, a very bad news indeed. We are also aware of the January 14-16 hearing, which will be limited to arguments on constitutionality of s. 87.4, ordered by the justices.We note that you previously have prepared to raise the damages remedy, for both litigants cover under June 14 judgment and this ME'd group. This ME'd group, in particular, suffered from enormous damages due to the various mistaken instructions, on top of the delay caused to the rest of the litigants.We believe it is time to separate us from the rest of your litigants, and bring a separate case against CIC on behalf of this group. We would appreciate your taking action for us!!!
