The sentence should be interpreted with the culture of USA.I do not understand their culture. Hence, I cannot interpret this sentence correctly. Anyway, I think it is not a good sentence outside of USA. First of all, it uses passive voice. In the active voice, it could be "What can we say the best about the way the woman speaks to the man." I think in the passive voice, the subject "we" has been implied. And it could be the problem/cause for us to interpreted this sentence.By using passive voice, the focus could be on the first subject, ie "What".I think the word "way" should be interpretted as "manner". If the question is asking for road orientation, it should use the word "direction". The sentence uses the article "the" in front of "woman" and "man". It indicates a particular woman and a particular man. Without knowing the background of the sentence, it is very difficult to provide a correct answer. The answer could be "direct way", "indirect way", "command way", "soft way", "hard way", "loving way", "lovely way", "horrible way", etc. For example, the answer could be: "The way the woman speaks to the man can best be said as diplomatic."What do you think?评论
