最近要申请专业考试，需要办理枫叶卡、护照照片和申请表的公证。从要求上看（见下文），好像家庭医生什么的都不管用啊。a notarized copy of a document is one that has been reviewed by a Notary Public, Commissioner of Oaths or Justice of the Peace who has stamped the copy with his/her seal and then signed and dated it.哪里能办理呢？最好不要太贵。
