请各位帮忙看一下下面合同中的条款有没有问题，付款方式是100%信用证付款，贸易方式C&F，多谢各位！Payment: By 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit in favour of XXXX Company. The Letter of Credit should freely be negotiable at sight. Full set Clean on board Ocean Bill of Lading made out to the order of negotiating bank, endorsed in favour of credit opening bank, marked freight pre-paid and notify: applicant.
Reimbursement: The negotiating Bank will be covered telegraphically by the Credit opening Bank immediately as per the instruction of Negotiating Bank.
Spl. Clause: Insurance to be covered by the L/C applicant. L/C date and place of expire should be Bangladesh. This Credit is unrestricted and freely available with any bank in Bangladesh by negotiation of beneficiary’s draft at sight.

支付方式是LC没问题，具体条款还是要看信用证的副本，因为每个银行的格式不同。信用证一经开出就独立于合同了。所以订合同时有关信用证的要求没必要为么多。PAYMENY BY L/C AT SIGHT 就可以了。

这是对方发来的合同，需要确认没问题才跟他们盖章确认的。

合同来看没啥。但因为这笔最后是要用信用证结算，所以无论合同咋完善都没用，关键看信用证开来时咋样的

一直觉得没必要计较到期地点。特别如果兑用银行都不在中国的话，更没必要强行把到期地点改到中国

由议付行背书，楼主还是和国内议付行确认一下，有些傻银行说啥都不肯背书。

结合这两条的话，如果信用证是这样开的话，是要修改的
议付行是孟加拉的，而且提单要议付行背书。这里面怕有些因素不好掌控

提单CONSIGNEE: to the order of 议付行，由议付行背书给开证行，显示运费预付，通知方为开证申请人。
