由受益人适当签署的发票一式八份，申明货物原产国是中国。

出口孟加拉这个国家只能办理一般原产地证书：CO，可在商检局或者在贸促会出证，如在贸促会出证需要在第五栏加盖商会章！

这是客户的货描，我觉得太长了， 我做发票的时候也得照着这格式来做啊？我知道发票是必须和这个一样， 其他的单据呢，箱单， 提单，产地证，也需要和这个完全一样吗，也得需要显示后面的数量和单价吗
