DP with draft arrangement ON 45DAY 是什么付款方式？这是第一封信，Since you say that basicly 45 days do not present a problem, I have the following suggestion:
We still use DP through the bank but with draft arrangement on 45 days. This means that you sent the documents to the bank, bank gives us documents against signed draft and confirmed payment arrangement, and the bank pays you the money on stated date, 45 days from B/L. There are certain costs for this on our side, but you get the payment exactly on agreed day.

We confirm DP, documents against payment through the bank arrangement, in the same way as it was before our agreement for open payments on 45 days.
We shall use banka Celi which you know, we shall reconfirm if contact data for banka Celj are still the same as those you sent to me.
We shall buy the documents out before the ship comes to Koper port.
Our financial dpt ask us to inform them in time about payment amounts and dates, pls mail invoice and B/L to us, for the delivery that went out on 16th, and also for all future deliveries as soon B/L is available.
Please confirm.

我只知道我们以前做的是DP，但不知道还有OPEN DP

不是很有实力的客户，
加上出口商本身实力也不是比较强
不要接受

应该是付款交单中的 45天远期汇票
如果是大客户 经常合作的话 风险相对小 可以做贴现
