我是第一次做信用证 不知道下面的几条条款什么意思 请各位帮我翻译翻译1\ One set of non-negotiable documents for the issuing bank's files. USD20.00 will be deducted if non-negotiable docs are not presented.
2\copay of fax/cable advising applicant of particulars of shipment and indicate vessel name, name of the carrier, B/L NO.,B/L DATE, L/C NO.,
INVOICE VALUE, NAME OF GOODS, PORT OF LOADING, ETD,ETA, APPLICANT'S NAME WITH 07 WORKING DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT.
3/ 2/3 set of original clean shipped on board ocean bill of lading, made out to order of issuing bank, marked freight collect and notify the applicant.
4/certificate of origin issued by the seller in 03 originals
5/the quality and quantity certificated issued by the seller in 03 originals
6/ the beneficiary's certificate certify that
1/3 original B/L plus 01 original invoice, 01 original P/L,01 original C/O should be sent directly to the applicant by courier within 07 working
days afer the shipment.

你这个LC条款很像尼日利亚那边的，我司当初出尼日利亚就是这些附加条款，要仔细的审核并完成它的要求
