各位，第一次做智利信用证，麻烦比较懂的人帮我剖析一下里面的料款：1。 46A里面有一条关于保险的条款：
/insurance policy/ certificate issued to the order of banco de chile stationg the amount of insurance premium paid. covering: CIF value plus 10 pct all risk, war and marine claused. strike. from seller's warehouse to buyer's warehouse located at santiago, in three fold;
47A 里面条款：
+ amended documents and photoprints of documents without issuers original signature are not acceptable.
+ this L/C presents the balance of the total order of USD23,440,00, - CIF value
USD$7,032,00 were transfered in advance.
the beneficiary should negotiated a invoice for the total amount of USD$23,440,00.

保单抬头为to the order of banco de chile并说明保费已付，保险金额为为110%CIF 值，承保仓至仓一切险，战争险，罢工险，一式三份
47A 里面条款：

+ this L/C presents the balance of the total order of USD23,440,00, - CIF value
USD$7,032,00 were transfered in advance.
不接受修改的文件与无做单者签名的影印文件
这份LC 上的$2344000的余额CIF value USD$7,032,00 将会提前支付
the beneficiary should negotiated a invoice for the total amount of USD$23,440,00.
受益人应该编制一份金额为USD$23,440,00的发票 （这个不确定）

关于保险那一条，不知道投保 仓至仓一切险，战争险，罢工险。这点行不行得通？按理说，CIF只要投保我们起始港到目的港的。 还有投保一切险，战争险和罢工险没问题的吧？ 有谁知道的？

个人感觉LC条款表述有点问题，NEGOTIATED AGAINST比较好。
