大家好，我现在正在和一位俄罗斯客户谈贸易合同，客户在谈到清关所需要的文件时：注明以下条款，麻烦各位好友帮忙看看可行吗？The “Seller” provides to the “Buyer” the following shipping documents for the Goods:
- The original invoice in 3 copies.
This invoice must contain the required information: a reference to the number and date of the Contract, a reference the number and date of Specification and delivery terms in accordance with the Contract, price and quantity of the Goods in consignment.
- The original packing list in 3 copies, which should contain a reference to the following information:
a reference to the number and date of the Contract, a reference to the number and date of Specifications; a list of packaged “Goods” for each position, their quantity; their weight gross and net, the size of places (length, width, height in cm);
-The full set of clean board bills of lading (3 original and 3 original copies) or Telex Release issued on the “Buyer” for shipment of the “Goods” at the port of Tianjin. In this set the gross weight should correspond to the actual cargo weight, as well as to the data specified in the packing list;
- Quality certificate;
- The original certificate of origin (FORM A);
- A copy of the export customs declaration, certified by the customs authorities of China;
- Translation of export customs declaration in English, signed and sealed by the Seller
- Price list of the Seller represented in the Chamber of Commerce of China.

1.1.
The “Seller” send to the “Buyer” via fax and/or email by 5 (five) working days before the shipment of the “Goods” the copies of the following documents:

for check and confirmation of their correctness.
The “Seller” send to the “Buyer” via fax and/or email by 10 (ten) working days before the shipment of the “Goods” the copies of the following documents:
- The full set of clean board bills of lading or Telex Release
- A copy of the export customs declaration, certified by the customs authorities of China;
- Translation of export customs declaration in English, signed and sealed by the Seller.
1.2.
The “Seller” sends to the “Buyer” the originals of documents through express-delivery in 12 (twelve) working days after shipment.
